Who operates Savelume

Icon AV, based in California, United States, operates Savelume and controls the beta signup information described here. Privacy and data requests can be sent to ethan@iconav.com.

Desktop media

The Savelume desktop app processes media links and files locally. The link is requested directly from the source service and its delivery providers, not through Savelume servers. Savelume does not upload, receive, or store the videos or audio you save. Your chosen destination, optional cookie file path, queue state, and license state remain on your device unless a future feature clearly asks you to share them.

Media engine setup

When you choose to install the media engine, the app contacts GitHub release services and downloads third-party components directly from their official publishers. Savelume verifies publisher-provided file hashes before installation. GitHub and the component publishers may receive ordinary request data such as your IP address and timestamp; they do not receive a media link from this setup request.

Beta signup data

When you join the founding list, we store your email address, signup source, consent status, and timestamps. We use this information to send beta invitations, launch pricing, compatibility notices, and product updates.

Service data

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and abuse signals. We do not sell personal information or use the beta list for third-party advertising.

Retention and choices

We retain founding-list records while the beta and launch program is active or until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe method. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an unsubscribe by emailing ethan@iconav.com.

Before paid launch

This beta notice will be expanded with Icon AV's exact legal entity suffix and mailing address, payment processors, analytics providers, applicable regional disclosures, and final retention periods before Savelume accepts payment.
